Classic Environmental Inc has been providing asbestos, lead and mold remediation to the Northeast since 2000. The company was founded by Sandra Ingalls, who had 25 years in senior administrative positions working for large companies. She recognized an opportunity when her son, Tom Perrault, director of sales, and Greg Streeter, director of operations and human resources, were working for other asbestos companies and not realizing their potential.

Classic Environmental Inc's roofing demolition expertise has become widely heralded by roofing contractors as their “go-to” company. Roofing demolition began as a normal part of asbestos abatement at the firm.
Through the years, Classic Environmental Inc developed an outstanding rapport with roofing contractors for its ability to strip roofs faster and safer and more on budget than any other contractor. It has since expanded this niche market as a specialty component of its business.
Classic Environmental Inc expanded its growth by creating a transportation division, utilized for internal productivity, delivering the same services to contractors for less. Its transportation division contracts with the Northeast's largest construction companies to haul their C&D, heavy construction materials and rock salt.

Meet the Classic Environmental Inc Team
Sandra Ingalls first served as the senior purchaser for a leading transportation company for over 20 years before she opened Classic Environmental Inc. She has served as president and CEO of the company since her inception in 2000. Her financial prowess and corporate reinvestment strategies make CEI the strongest environmental remediation, roofing and demolition company of its type in the Northeast.
She was recognized in 2009 as an entrepreneur of the year, awarded by former Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich, and is only one of many such accolades. Sandra is certified as an asbestos supervisor in New York and Pennsylvania and she also has her NYS building inspector license and OSHA 40 hour course.
Tom Perrault is the general manager and director of sales for CEI. He has been in the environmental remediation business for 25 years. Tom started his career as a laborer and worked through the ranks until he became sales director for other Capital Region firms. Tom's relationships, exceptional knowledge of the industry, and elite estimating skills allow CEI to be second to none providing the best in class estimates and contracts.

Greg Streeter is Classic Environmental Inc's vice president of operations and safety. Greg has 25 years of experience in environmental remediation, roofing and demolition. Greg's accommodating schedule for both clients and other general contractors, accompanied by world-class project management skills, project execution and safety record is another reason why repeated business allowed CEI to generate double-digit growth. Greg's crew completes a stringent environmental and safety training program admired by CEI's customers.
Greg is a NYS Department of Health Certificate in Asbestos Safety Training, NYCRR Title 10 Part 73 and TSCA in Title II in Asbestos Contractor Supervisor, NYS Department of Labor Asbestos, OSHA Construction Safety, Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Occupational Safety Asbestos Supervisor, Job Site Lead Awareness, NYS Asbestos Inspector and IEE Asbestos Inspector.
Mike Jenkins is CEI's estimator and senior project manager. Mike has 20 years' experience in project management as well as estimation. Mike oversees all projects that are conducted by CEI, and has significantly contributed to the success of CEI's projects.

Sandra brings her senior management skills in finance, purchasing, corporate administration, contract administration and strategic development. Together, this team has seen 10% to 500% growth annually since its inception.
